CELLINK BIO-X 3D Printer

Stem Cell RC acquired a novel 3D bioprinter CELLINK – BIOX. Researchers at our center are aiming to use this technology to develop 3D bioprinting technologies suitable for stem cells. The novel 3D printer will enable our researchers to investigate the interactions between stem cells and their environment and the effects it has on their differentiation and proliferation potential. According to the founder and CEO of Stem Cell RC V. A. Bumelis, this is a significant step in the companies plan to become a leader of stem cell technologies in the Baltics and a step closer to developing medical technologies for future therapeutic purposes.
